Ruxolitinib (INCB-018424) is developed to target the constitutive activation of the JAK-STAT pathway in patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). Ruxolitinib (Jakafi; Incyte) is a small-molecule inhibitor of JAK1/2 that has proved to be effective at reducing splenomegaly and ameliorating symptoms in myeloproliferative neoplasms.
