Inhibits NGF receptor tyrosine kinase (TrkA, pp140trk). Inhibits NGF-induced neurite outgrowth in PC12 cells. Displays antitumor activity in a mouse model. Blocks the ETK-PAK1 interaction, suppressing RAS-induced PAK1 activation and malignant transformation. Cell permeable.
