In vitro
AC220 can inhibit FLT-3 ITD and FLT-3 wild type with IC50 of around 1.1 nM and 4.2 nM. AC220 inhibits cell proliferation of MV4-11 cell line with IC50 of 0.56 nM.
In vivo
Treatment with AC220 at 10 mg/kg in the MV4-11 tumor xenograft model is better than that of sunitinib.
