Cat No.
NATE-0361
Description
Plasma kallikrein is an enzyme. This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction:Selective cleavage of some Arg-and Lys-bonds, including Lys-Arg and Arg-Ser in (human) kininogen to release bradykinin. This enzyme is formed from plasma prokallikrein (Fletcher factor) by factor XIIa.
